Embracing Challenge

The transformative learning process at BLE Academy is designed to help our students grow both in and out of the classroom. Each day is filled with opportunities to experience new educational and social situations to further development. We take a secular education and merge is with a theocratic education so that our students may gain the "accurate knowledge" and truly excel in life.  Our teachers create a safe and open setting, where they can guide students in exploring the world around them.

BLE Academy provides a personalized education experience for students. Every program offered provides your child with the following classes: Math, Science, History, English, Health/Physical Education, and Art/Music.  While we go by a traditional school year of 40 weeks, students are still able to go at their own pace.  Each student has a Guidance Coach assigned to them.  The Guidance Coach helps keep the student on track with their school work.

BLE provides the required state instruction of all core subjects (Math, Science, Language Arts, History, and PE).  The curriculum fuses together the secular education that students receive today with a theocratic one.

Many parents often wonder if their child will miss out on anything if their child leaves traditional public school for a home based program.  However, not only will they find that they can enjoy some of the same benefits that public school offers, but they'll also see that BLE offers more.

Like brick-and-mortar schools, BLE offers:

  • A full curriculum

  • Serve students in grades kindergarten through 12

  • Have teachers that provide instruction and support.

  • Follow a traditional school year

  • Adhere to state requirements for assessments

  • Award graduates a high school diploma

How is BLE's homeschool program different from a traditional school?

  • Students receive an individually tailored education and one-to-one support.

  • No more overcrowded classrooms.

  • Students have the benefit of having a theocratic education merged into their child's curriculum.

  • Monthly field trips.

Who should consider online education?

BLE works for ALL families who want well-rounded, academically and spiritually successful children. Our students are excited to learn.

What’s the Buzz

All homeschool students receive the state required core subjects of Math, Science, Language Arts/English, History, Health/PE, and Art/Music.  With curriculums created by seasoned educators, we incorporate a theocratic education in order to ensure a balanced and above average one. Grades are maintained and transcripts are provided upon request.  Upon the successful completion of 12th grade, students receive a High School Diploma.

We truly believe that no child should be left behind.  You can provide a child with a great education but it doesn't negate the experiences that they go through in life.  Through weekly group and individual  Guidance Coach Sessions, our Guidance Coaches work with your child to keep them motivated, help with troubles that they may have when it comes to their education, and assist with dealing with life in this system of things as a young person.

No two students are alike and we understand that here at BLE Academy.  When a new students enrolls in our school, we conduct Educational and Personality assessments.  This allows us to see how we can best work with the needs of our students.

Traditional homeschooling calls for the parent to serve as the teacher.  We understand that some subjects may at times be difficult for both the student and the parent.  For a small fee, BLE can provide tutoring at a family's request.

Just like other schools in the public sector, our students are able to benefit from having school breaks.  Students are off every Monday.  Our students are also able to benefit from a two week long Winter Break , two weeks of Spring Break,  Summer Break, CO visits, and time off when our staff have their Annual Pioneer Circuit meetings.  Our students have a summer break from mid-June to mid-August.

We want everyone to be able to benefit from our program.  Therefore, we have a number of payment options that families can benefit from in order to make the school more affordable for them.

Since BLE Academy believes in students growing, developing and bonding outside of the classroom, there are a variety of learning options available for all types of students. Take a look below to learn more.
